great views , but minor service hiccups

The sea view from our Grand Deluxe Room was truly breathtaking, letting us savor coffee on our terrace by the Mediterranean. The location was unbeatable, placing us in the middle of everything, allowing easy exploration of local attractions.

I was severely disappointed by the outdated decor and furnishings in the common areas. The elevators were not properly maintained, which made my wait times frustratingly long. Not to mention, the room I received was not as advertised. it lacked the separate areas I expected from a suite, leaving the space feeling cramped and poorly organized.

I had a lovely stay with breathtaking sea views from my balcony, and the friendly staff made my experience even better as they were always ready to help. plus, the hotel is just steps away from the beautiful raouche rocks and only a short walk to the vibrant zaitunay bay, making it a fantastic base for my city strolls.
